During a period in December when many colleagues were on annual leave or unwell, the workload increased significantly. Despite these challenges, Jon consistently stepped up to solve problems, support his team, and do what was right for the business. His ability to prioritise what mattered most, even when it meant adjusting his working hours or staying later, demonstrated remarkable commitment. His willingness to go above and beyond ensured continuity, stability, and reliability at a time when it was needed most.
