Martin was nominated in recognition of the exceptional care and support he showed to a colleague during a medical emergency. By responding quickly, remaining calm under pressure and taking immediate action, he helped ensure they received the assistance they needed without delay. His commitment to supporting others and putting a colleague’s wellbeing first is a wonderful example of our values in action. His actions have been highly praised and are valued by his colleague, their team and the wider business.
