Meet the Leadership Team

Simon is responsible for overall strategic leadership. He ensures objectives and performance standards are met, oversees client relationships at the highest level, and drives the organisation’s delivery and operational excellence.

Simon is responsible for the strategic management and delivery of the HPC contract. He acts as the primary point of contact for our client, ensuring contractual requirements are met and performance standards are achieved.

Jess guides people strategy and development across West and East to enable the team to perform at its best. She is responsible for the strategic management of the SZC contract, ensuring objectives and performance standards are met.

Jade is responsible for service delivery, overseeing operational performance, engineering coordination and delivery standards. She ensures services meet contract expectations and operate safely and efficiently.

Chris leads our Health and Safety function, ensuring we maintain a safe working environment for colleagues and passengers. He oversees safety policies, quality standards, security processes, environmental compliance and performance, risk management, incident prevention and continuous improvement across all operational areas.

Louise leads our People function, covering HR, colleague well-being and development. She ensures we support our people while fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture that enables colleagues to thrive and deliver their best.

Chloe leads our data strategy, ensuring we use insight and analytics to make informed decisions. Her team provides reporting, dashboards, forecasting and performance analysis to support efficiency and continuous improvement.

Mike oversees customer operations, planning and scheduling to ensure our services run safely, reliably and efficiently. He leads operational delivery, service performance and customer experience.

David supports our Engineering Leadership teams to ensure our fleet and equipment are maintained safely, efficiently and to the highest standards and is responsible for maintenance, compliance and technical planning.

Nick oversees workforce planning, resourcing and all aspects of driver training and competence. His teams ensure we have the right people in the right place with the right skills to deliver excellent service.

James oversees budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting for SPS, ensuring cost control, commercial accuracy and financial insights that support efficient, reliable transport operations.

Emma leads all internal and external communication, brand messaging, and colleague information. She supports engagement across the organisation and ensures clear, consistent communication.

Jon leads commercial strategy, customer relationships, and growth across SPS, overseeing contracts and supplier partnerships to ensure services deliver value.
