Trainee Drivers: £15.15/hr during training, rising to £16.69, then £17.77 after 12 months
Qualified Drivers: £16.69/hr, rising to £17.77 after 12 months

Night premiums (18:00–23:00 = 14%, 23:00–06:00 = 25%)
Weekend/overtime pay (25%)
