SPS Wins Best Use of Digital Award at Sedgemoor Business Excellence Awards 2025

SPS is proud to announce that we have won Best Use of Digital of the Year 2025 at the Sedgemoor Business Excellence Awards.

This award recognises the role digital innovation in how we deliver value, improve efficiency, and connect with the passengers who rely on us every day. Over the past year, we have continued to embed new digital solutions across SPS, helping us to enhance customer experience, strengthen operational performance, and support sustainable growth.

Our commitment to reducing our environmental impact also sits at the heart of this work. By adopting smarter digital tools and data-driven insights, we’ve been able to streamline services, maintain strong safety standards, and operate in a more responsible and efficient way.  

The awards ceremony took place on 21st of November at The Canalside, bringing together local businesses to celebrate excellence across Sedgemoor. Members of the SPS Leadership team and Digital and Business Intelligence team attended the event to collect the award on behalf of SPS.

SPS was commended on our focus on modernising communication channels, improving accessibility for passengers, and using data in smarter ways to support both operational efficiency and environmental responsibility. They recognised the significant impact these improvements are already having on the communities we serve.
