As part of National Apprenticeship Week, SPS joined the Sizewell C Careers Fair to connect with students and young people exploring their future career paths.
The event was an excellent opportunity for students to meet some of the SPS team and other local employers, learn about different roles on the Sizewell C Project, and gain insight into how apprenticeships can kick-start a rewarding career.
One of the highlights of the day was our VR bus simulation. Students got to experience what it’s like to operate a bus in a safe, virtual environment. The VR experience provided a realistic bus simulation, giving students a glimpse into the role of an SPS driver.
By combining technology with career advice, SPS made the careers fair engaging, interactive, and memorable. This event emphasised the importance of hands-on experiences in inspiring the next generation.
