Mark demonstrated exceptional initiative when he learned that a community service from Minehead could not run. He immediately stepped in and, while waiting for his next service, travelled the route informing passengers and offering them a warm, safe place to wait. Mark consistently goes above and beyond for his community passengers and takes great pride in delivering the best service every day.
