James is our Values Star of the Month

Congratulations to James who is our the latest ValueStar Award Winner 

This award recognises colleagues who consistently go above and beyond to demonstrate one of our core values. This month, James has truly embodied the value of Inclusive.

James‘ proactive approach to supporting Culture Club activities – especially those tailored for our night drivers – has stood out. He consistently attends Culture Club meetings outside of his regular working hours, ensuring he is fully informed and able to champion the needs and voices of his team.

His steady stream of new ideas, and willingness to explore better ways of doing things are invaluable. Most recently, his contribution to the charity cake sale at North Plaza made a real difference. By ensuring our night drivers were fully included, James helped raise an additional £60 – an outcome that reflects his commitment to inclusion.
