Mike has been nominated in recognition of the outstanding contribution he has made since stepping into his new role as Supervisor.
He consistently goes above and beyond to support both the team and the operation, from ensuring work is covered outside of normal working hours to identifying and communicating potential challenges ahead of time. His strong ownership, clear communication, people skills and ability to find solutions have made a positive impact across the business, and his efforts have certainly not gone unnoticed.
