Simon Cursio
Managing Director
Managing Director Simon Cursio, has over 20 years experience in the transport industry. Simon joined the business in 2018. His vision is for for SPS to be “the leading choice for specialist passenger transportation” and to bring the skills and knowledge of our people to grow the business beyond Hinkley Point C.
“I joined Somerset Passenger Solutions in 2018 and I am really pleased to see the development of our business through our people, which in turn helps achieve a consistently excellent service standard to our clients and passengers. Simon Mohammad
HPC Account Director
Simon Mohammad is our Operations Director having joined SPS in 2021 from First Hampshire, Dorset and Berkshire.
Simon is a highly skilled operator and people focused leader and has a wealth of passenger transport experience spanning over 20 years from both commercial and municipal operations.

Jess ingram
People Director
Jess Ingram, People Director, joined SPS in December 2020 as our HR Manager and has over 20 years of People Management and HR experience. Previously from a retail background, Jess has brought a wealth of practical experience to improve the Colleague experience and make SPS a truly People Centric business.
Jess has a passion for People Development and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and her vision is to ensure that all colleagues feel welcome, included and that they can bring their true selves to work without fear.
“I am so proud to be leading the People Agenda for SPS and am determined to use my position to improve working lives for our Colleagues; through a positive culture, great people development and consistent and fair processes. Working closely with both the Hinkley Point C project and First Bus is such a fantastic way for us to create opportunities for our colleagues and build sustainable future skills and careers.
