During a particularly challenging afternoon of traffic congestion in Bridgwater, buses experienced delays of up to 30 minutes. Throughout this period, Alex demonstrated outstanding professionalism and composure while working in control.
She maintained clear communication with the team on the Plaza, calmly managed multiple enquiries about bus locations, and ensured everyone remained informed and supported. Her effective handling of the situation helped minimise disruption and contributed to delivering the best possible service to our passengers. Well done Alex!
