Congratulations to Jacob who is our the latest Values Star Award Winner
Jacob stood out for the way he stepped up into the Lead Supervisor role at very short notice. Over a particularly challenging week, he managed multiple shifts and worked hard to keep disruption to a minimum.
His calm, decisive response during a fire incident on the M5 was especially impressive – keeping teams updated and services running. Even under pressure, Jacob stayed composed, supportive, and focused throughout.
