🌟 Introduction to British Sign Language – Session One Complete
This week marked an exciting milestone as we launched the first of seven sessions for colleagues eager to learn the fundamentals of British Sign Language (BSL).
We were delighted to welcome Emm from Study Sharpe, who joined the team to deliver an engaging Introduction to British Sign Language session tailored for frontline staff. The session provided a fantastic starting point, equipping colleagues with essential skills to communicate more inclusively.
Building on this learning, our Training Team will be developing a CPC to help share key insights and knowledge across the wider business – ensuring the benefits extend beyond the classroom.
This initiative reflects SPS’s ongoing commitment to supporting social value and strengthening our connection with the community, both inside and outside the workplace.
